As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, The St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center takes great pride in celebrating the preservation of our town’s legacy.
Our goal is to preserve these historic collections and conduct educational programs that interpret the rich heritage of St. Johnsbury. Purchase a membership to the St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center for yourself or treat someone to an annual membership. The recipient will receive a membership card and a note from us welcoming them to our organization.

Memorial Gifts
Give a gift in memory of a loved one; in lieu of flowers, you can pay tribute to a loved one by having gifts go to the St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center.

David Hale Memorial Fund
We are saddened at the news of the death of David Hale.
While his career found him traveling far and wide, David never lost touch with his roots in St. Johnsbury. A 1969 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy, David went on to study at Georgetown and the London School of Economics. His dedication to his family, hometown, and Alma Mater will not be forgotten.

David’s family has requested that memorial gifts in his honor be directed to the St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center. Contributions may also be mailed to St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center, 421 Summer St, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819.
